I did not use this business so I cannot fairly rate their services. However I would like to say that a Window Butler employee driving their blue and yellow company van was being aggressive during a busy drive-thru at lunch. It is one thing to yell profanities in your own personal car and on your own personal time, but when you do so while on the job or in the company van, you are representing that company's values & standards. I would highly recommend additional training for this employee.

I use Window Butler every year to clean my windows. As I have a higher than 2 storey home where the high windows require tall ladders to reach, Window Butler was the only company that could do it. They always contact me regularly to set up a date in advance, call if any changes, and they show up! They are always on time, they do it professionally in my absence and they do it well each time. I was told they would be at my house between 9 and 11 - no one came. I called at 11:30. They said they would check & call me back. They called around 2 and said they would be here between 3 nd 4 pm. I waited until 5:30. No one came and no one called. I cancelled myt order and will never use their services again.

Didn’t use their service. But their truck was on the road this morning tailgating everyone and cutting in and out of traffic, swearing and screaming at everybody. Using the bus lane to pass people etc. You are a danger to everybody on the road. I hope anybody reading this doesn’t use their service.

In November, I hired window Butler to clean the gutters of my house, since I did not have a way of getting up there.they claimed to have done it, and sent me an invoice. with no way of verifying that the job had been done, I took them at their word and paid the invoice.it was only a few days ago, when I had a contractor up there doing something else that we realized it was never done at all.I called them about it, they promised to investigate and call me back. They never did, so I called them; they told me they would come on Saturday. Predictably, they never showed up.it wasn't until Tuesday that I was finally able to get them to do the job. the guy who finally did do it, was one of the rudest people it has been my displeasure to encounter in a professional setting.The icing on the cake? When I called them to ask if I would be getting a partial rebate, or even a coupon for all of the trouble, only response I got was " well we showed up didn't we?"so, if you don't want a job done right, you don't want to be treated with professional respect, you want to be pestered by the billing department every single day starting the day you get the invoice, or you don't want the job to be completed at all feel absolutely free to hire window Butler.
