We called yesterday and the technician came out today. He was courteous and professional. He pointed out that a piece of our siding had come loose. He went high up on a ladder to snap it back in place. We also had a window that wouldn't close properly. He went up on the roof to check it out. There was a plastic sun catcher stuck in the window from the outside. I didn't even know it was there. He removed it and the window was fixed! I really appreciated his extra effort. Our whole house looks so much better! Thank you!

Updating our review! Last year, we contacted the company through a referral from a friend. They reached out to us this year to see if we needed anything done and it was perfect timing. We had them come out and clean both the deck and one side of our siding that had some runoff before we got our new roof. They were responsive, good natured, and did a great job.

Needed the back exterior of my house power washed as it was never done since I bought the property back in 2020. The work done was first class from the appointment setup to the actual cleaning. Got an appointment the next day. Very good customer service. It was quick and easy. The price was reasonable.Tech arrived about 45 minutes early. Very friendly. I did not need to be present during the job. Invoiced later.I would use them again, for sure. Great job.

We used Lee’s company to wash our large and complicated roof, which grows algae because of its exposure and the extensive 100 year old trees on our property— they were communicative and did an incredible job, particularly as the back of my house is over three stories and has a steep drop off to a creek valley below. It’s not an easy task. I can’t believe how good our roof looks now! The shingles have so much definition and it looks brand new! My property will need their services every few years and I will be using them again. Highly recommend!
